Employment Equity

Employment Equity Reports are done yearly and submitted to the Depatment of Labour on the first Monday of October each year.

Small Companies (1 - 50 employees) are done every second year (on even years)

Large Comapnies (51+) are done yearly.

Companies submitting Employment Equity Reports are identified by their turn over per annum.
